Het ESV Congres 2022 - Change & Future
Op maandag 25 april aanstaande vindt de vijfde editie van het ESV congres plaats. Tussen 12:30 en 13:00 zal er bij het ontvangst koffie, thee, water en een lekkere zoetigheid aanwezig zijn waar gedurende de lezingen gebruik van gemaakt kan worden. Om 13:00 zal het congres van start gaan met de openingspreker.
Tijdens dit congres is het mogelijk om naar interessante sprekers te luisteren en meer kennis op te doen over verschillende organisaties en wat deze organisaties zoal bezighoudt. In de pauze van 14:45 tot 15:00 zal er een snack worden verzorgt. Tenslotte zal de dag worden afgesloten met een borrel waarvan twee drankjes op onze kosten zijn!

Integraal Kankercentrum Nederland
Appropriate care is the new norm. This means that care is proven to be effective and that we avoid overtreatment. It also means that care is focused on health, functioning and quality of life: that care is realized together with patients and professionals and that care is delivered in the right place. Care that is common and not complex, is readily available to everyone, while complex care that it infrequent is specialized. We enable supervisors and implementers to manage this adequately. We are improving and broadening the assessment of the basic package on the basis of a framework for appropriate care also from the perspective of (cost) effectiveness and capacity.
Thijs Merkx, Chief Executive Officer at IKNL and professor of Trends and Patterns in Cancer and Healthcare at Radboud University will give this lecture during the conference. He focuses on improving the organization around medical care. In his view the younger generation should be included in the plans for the future.
Ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid
Nederland vergrijst. In de toekomst zal een kleiner deel van de bevolking het werk moeten leveren om in ieders behoeften te voorzien. Betekent dit dat we meer en harder zullen moeten werken, een lager niveau van welvaart en sociale voorzieningen moeten gaan accepteren, of biedt technologie of arbeidsmigratie een uitkomst? Welke richting we ook inslaan, het werk van de toekomst roept sociale vraagstukken op waar het ministerie van SZW op voorbereid moet zijn.
Stan Kaatee is sinds 1 oktober 2020 directeur-generaal Werk bij het ministerie van SZW. Hij is eindverantwoordelijk voor de beleidsvoorbereiding voor alles rondom werk: pensioenen, kinderopvang, cao-beleid, arbeidsmigratie en arbeidsrecht, arboregels en macro-economische ramingen. Daarvoor was hij directeur Economische Zaken bij de gemeente Amsterdam, eerder werkte hij bij het ministerie van Algemene Zaken als raadsadviseur voor de minister-president en daarvoor bij het ministerie van Financiën onder andere als hoofd Bureau Beleidsvoorbereiding bij de Inspectie Rijksfinanciën. Ook zat hij in de gemeenteraad van Haarlem.

The global crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has major consequences for the world of money, economics and finance. Together with financial authorities at home and abroad. The Nederlandsche Bank closely monitors the situation, taking action where needed to minimise economic fallout.
René Rollingswier is the Head of Monetary Operations Department at De Nederlandsche Bank. His team is responsible for the decentralised implementation of the European Central Bank’s monetary operations. He provides advice to the DNB’s president on the design and implementation of the monetary policy operational framework. Besides that, he is a mamber of the Eurosystem’s Market Operations Committee.

Veranderingen in de supply chain en de effecten op de keten. Door Corona is het probleem van ketenafhankelijkheid extra zichtbaar geworden. Fabrieken produceren met onderdelen die afkomstig zijn van wereldwijde toeleveranciers. En zolang Corona in beeld is en de containermarkt verstoord blijft, kan deze productie niet volledig op gang komen. Om de kwetsbaarheid te verminderen houden bedrijven meer voorraden aan. En de supplychain zou simpeler moeten worden, onder andere door de afhankelijkheid van het Verre Oosten the verminderen. Reshoring zou onvermijdelijk zijn, waarmee de productie die in lagelonenlanden plaatsvindt naar Europa komt. Hoe helpt technologie de groothandel bij he toplossen van deze problemen? En hoe gaan groothandels om met belangrijke trends zoals digitalisering, data en duurzaamheid?Dirk Mulder is namens ING expert op het gebied van de groothandels en retail sector. Hij is actief in het duiden van trends en ontwikkelingen en de vertaling van wat dat betekent voor bedrijven. Hij praat hierover met bedrijven in de groothandels en retail sector. Ook heeft hij in deze sectoren een zeer groot netwerk opgebouwd.
Ministerie van Defensie
Changes in crises over the years. In this lecture, the Ministry of Defence will discuss the changes in crises in recent years. Much has changed in the geopolitical composition in Europe and the world. All of this affects crisis management in the Netherlands. In this lecture, the COVID-19 pandemic will be discussed, but also recent events in the world will be highlighted.
Michiel Verlinden is Commander Territorial Operations Center at the Royal Netherlands Army. They coordinate and direct military crisis operations on Dutch territory. He is also a teacher in leadership, crisis management and change management. Michiel focuses on merger processes and complex political-administrative environments.

In football, you are always in the shit, only the depth varies. There are major uncertainties due to COVID-19 and the collapse of the stadium. How to manage the uncertainties is a very different question to provide the answer to, since in life there are many relative dramas. As an organization, there is the gain of resilience and the power of communication.
Wilco van Schaik is CEO at N.E.C. Nijmegen and is founder of Businessclub Vechtstreek. Wilco talks with passion about his company and the sport. At N.E.C. he is working on a change in culture together with the team. Besides that he is working on a new vision and sustainable strategy to return in the Eredivisie.
