My name is Maaike Vermeulen and since this year I have been a confidential advisor at the ESV. I am 25 years old and live in the beautiful city Nijmegen. I have been involved with the ESV for several years now. As a confidant, I am the contact person for issues regarding undesirable behavior within the association. I provide support for these members. All members may contact me if they have had to deal with unwanted behavior within the association. This may  in the first instance be to tell your story and to discuss what happened. Your experience is central to this so if you perceive a situation as disturbing or intimidating, I offer a listening ear. If you wish to we can talk about next steps together.
