The exams have just started today. To give you some courage for the next two weeks, the members of the XXXIInd board are happy to tell you what their exam weeks often look like.
The first exam weeks
Introducing – Wouter Pen
Dear ESV members,
Coming academic year I have the honour to fulfil the position of PR-coordinator within the XXXIIth board of the ESV Nijmegen.
Globalization, good or bad?
The term ‘globalization’ is increasingly used today, both in the positive and negative sense. The term will probably be familiar to you and is often linked to international trade and worldwide traveling.
Strategic move of Russia?
Some may have missed it, but there is currently a lot to do around the global oil production. Consumers see this mostly because of low prices at petrol station. The price of crude oil went down by 30% at the beginning of March and the stock markets are having bad times.
Popping or false start?
Best wishes and a happy new year to all who support the ESV! Hopefully everyone had left some place for the necessary ‘oliebollen’, apple fritters and champagne after Christmas.
ING, Dutch fame or past glory?
Last week I read an interview in the newspaper (De Gelderlander) with Roel Janssen. Janssen is a financial economic journalist and has published a book called “De afrekening”.
ESV weekend
After counting down the days, the time had finally come: the ESV Weekend! On Friday the 11th of October 2019, (almost) left the rainy, but always beautiful Nijmegen to the far Overasselt.
